讀懂有條件錄取通知
Clarifying a Conditional Offer
- 什麼時候用
- 收到early或conditional offer，需要區分已確認內容與仍須完成的條件。
- 發給誰
- 發出錄取通知的院校admissions團隊。
- 先準備
- 錄取信及申請編號；每項條件與擬滿足方式；接受和補交資料的期限
發送前替換所有方括號內容，刪除不適用的句子，並確認學校指定的聯絡渠道。

Subject: Conditional offer clarification – [Student's name/application number]
Dear Admissions Team,
[Student's name] has received a conditional offer for [course], reference [number]. Could you help clarify [specific condition] and the evidence needed to satisfy it? Please confirm the separate deadlines for responding to the offer and providing final results or other documents. We would also like to understand any course, campus or intake limitations stated in the letter. [Student] will continue completing their school requirements and would appreciate instructions on checking when all offer conditions have been met.

使用提醒
early offer不一定是無條件錄取；不要因此自行停學或退掉必要科目。 宜由學生髮送；家長按院校指定的代理聯絡人或同意流程協助。
