制定Year 10后的学习计划

- 需要把兴趣、毕业要求与未来学习或就业方向放在一起讨论。
- 发给谁
- careers adviser或senior school coordinator。
- 先准备
- 学生目前感兴趣的两种方向；近期学习表现和学习偏好；学校现有规划表
发送前替换所有方括号内容，删除不适用的句子，并确认学校指定的联系渠道。
