- 到达商定的回顾时间，希望比较家庭和课堂的观察。
- 发给谁
- 负责该行动计划的老师或支持人员。
- 先准备
- 此前商定的目标和办法；一个改善的例子与一个仍存在的困难；希望讨论的调整
发送前替换所有方括号内容，删除不适用的句子，并确认学校指定的联系渠道。
