岗位职责: 1. 全流程留学规划与申请指导:为在澳留学生提供专业、深度的咨询与全程规划服务。主导客户从初期院校及专业筛选、个性化申请策略制定、文书内容指导,到最终签证方案落地及顺利录取。 2. 多渠道客户沟通与转化:通过电话、微信、邮件等多元渠道与客户保持高频、高效的沟通。精准完成前期信息收集与需求分析,量身定制个性化留学方案;积极主动推进签约流程,并定期同步项目进度,快速响应客户各项需求。 3. 深度需求挖掘与长效客情维护:精准洞察留学生家庭的深层次需求,建立长期的信任关系。持续跟进在读学员的学习情况。 4. 产品匹配与资源盘活:敏锐捕捉客户在不同阶段的潜在需求,精准推荐匹配的增值服务或相关产品。 5. 数据合规与档案管理:负责客户档案的规范化及数据维护工作,确保各项信息的完整性、准确性与时效性。 6. 市场协同与品牌赋能:积极配合市场推广团队,参与线下留学讲座、视频录制等宣发活动,对外输出专业见解,持续提升品牌的市场声量与专业影响力。 任职要求: 1.全日制本科及以上学历,具有澳大利亚留学背景者优先; 2.了解澳大利亚教育系统,并具备澳洲学签基本知识; 3.有教育咨询或销售经验者优先; 4.学习能力强,能够快速掌握留学政策及院校信息; 5.具备良好的沟通表达能力和亲和力,乐于与学生和家长交流; 6.英语可作为工作语言,具备良好的听、说、读、写能力; 7.工作积极主动,具备较强的责任心和团队合作精神。 我们提供 具有竞争力的薪资和福利待遇; 尊重每一位团队成员,营造公平、友善和包容的工作氛围; 以学生成功为核心的团队文化; 提供清晰的职业发展路径和内部晋升机会,支持员工持续成长。 Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-End Education Planning & Application Guidance Provide professional and in-depth consultation and comprehensive education planning services to international students in Australia. Lead clients through the entire journey, including university and course selection, personalized application strategy development, guidance on application materials and personal statements, visa planning, and successful admission. 2. Multi-Channel Client Engagement & Conversion Maintain frequent and effective communication with clients through multiple channels, including phone, (微信见联系方式) email. Accurately gather client information and identify their needs at the initial stage, develop tailored education plans, proactively drive the engagement and conversion process, provide regular project updates, and respond promptly to client enquiries and requirements. 3. Needs Analysis & Long-Term Client Relationship Management Identify and understand the deeper needs of students and their families, building long-term relationships based on trust and professional expertise. Maintain ongoing communication with enrolled students and monitor their study progress. 4. Product Matching & Value-Added Service Development Identify potential client needs at different stages of their education journey and recommend relevant value-added services or products based on their individual circumstances. 5. Data Compliance & Client Record Management Maintain and manage client records in a structured and professional manner, ensuring that all information is complete, accurate, up to date and handled in accordance with relevant data protection and compliance requirements. 6. Marketing Collaboration & Brand Development Actively support the marketing team by participating in offline education seminars, video content production and other promotional activities. Provide professional insights and industry expertise to external audiences, helping to strengthen the company’s market presence, brand awareness and professional reputation. Requirements: 1. Relevant qualification in education, counselling, student services or a related field. 2. Strong knowledge of education systems, pathways, and Australian education policies and visa requirements. 3. Prior education consultant experience in Australia is required. 4. Possesses strong learning ability and the capacity to quickly master study-abroad policies and information about educational institutions. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations. 6. Proficient in English as a working language, with strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. 7. Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.
