澳洲孩子入学指南：各州入学年龄、学区查询和临时签证学费

澳洲公立学校基本按住址分配：住在学校的学区（zone、catchment 或 intake area）里，就有权入读这所学校。各州第一年的名称、年龄线和临时签证学费差别很大，下面按州列出，并附官方查询入口。

学区怎么查

各州都保证孩子能上自己学区的公立学校，学区外的学校有空位才收。维州在墨尔本、巴拉瑞特、本迪戈和吉朗，学区学校一般是离住址直线距离最近的公立学校，其他地方按最短实际路程 [3]；昆州是按道路距离最近的学校 [16]；首都领地每个孩子都保证在自己的 Priority Enrolment Area 里有公立学校位置 [32]。

什么时候报名

  • 维州：2027 年 Foundation 从 2026 年第 2 学期开始收申请，7 月 31 日前交，8 月 3–14 日学校通知结果，8 月 28 日前答复；晚交的也会按收到顺序处理 [1]。
  • 首都领地：2027 年报名 2026 年 5 月 4 日开放，6 月 5 日前交的 8 月 3 日起发录取，之后交的稍晚发 [33]。
  • 南澳：2027 年初入学的，多数小学在 2026 年第 2 学期结束前收申请，第 3 学期发录取 [26]。
  • 西澳：Kindergarten 的申请在入学前一年第 3 学期的第一个星期五截止；Pre-primary 到 12 年级没有全州统一日期，问学校 [21]。
  • 新州、昆州、塔州和北领地没有公布全州统一的 2027 年日期，直接联系学区学校；昆州建议提前一年报名 [17]。

报名要准备什么

  • 出生证明，或护照、签证、ImmiCard 等能证明姓名和出生日期的文件 [4,27]。
  • 住址证明：租约、市政费单、水电煤账单；学区紧张的学校会按 100 分清单核对 [8,34]。
  • 疫苗记录 AIR Immunisation History Statement：维州小学必须查看并留存，新州要交，西澳要不超过 2 个月的 [4,8,21]。
  • 法院或家庭法庭的命令（如有）[8,17]。
  • 临时签证家庭：护照、现在和以前的签证；新州、塔州等还要先拿到 Authority to Enrol（入学许可）[8,36]。

临时签证的孩子上公立学校要交学费吗

要不要交学费看孩子持有或随行的签证。下面是常见签证在各州公立学校的情况，金额是 2026 年标准（另有申请费）；签证列表每年都会调，报名前请再用州教育部的查询表确认。

精英中学和天才班

  • 维州有 4 所精英中学（selective entry high schools），9 年级入学，统一考试选拔 [7]。
  • 新州精英中学通过 Selective High School Placement Test 录取；小学 5、6 年级的 Opportunity Classes（OC 班）在 3 年级末或 4 年级初申请 [12,13]。多数临时居民不能报考，例如 482、485 不行，491、494 可以 [9]。
  • 昆州的 Queensland Academies 有选拔入学 [20]。
